Working one on one with me to Guide you -is the Best Way to reach your goals and become as healthy as you want to be. I also work a LOT of small groups in Exercise Guidance.. It can be groups of friends, 2-3 people per workout. Or, we can set up a group exercise schedule with other people who are interested in working in groups. Groups are a great way to meet new friends , stay motivated and bring the price down per workout. The more people who can agree on a meeting time-the less money each pays per workout !
